Quality Policy

Providing products and services that meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations while ensuring on time delivery of products, free of defects, by continually working to improve our Quality Management System.

Quality Objectives:

A.   On time delivery rating of 98% while providing our customers with short lead times to promote reduction in WIP. This goal directly influences the employee incentive program that is assessed monthly.
B.   Customer returns of less than 0.15%. This goal directly influences the employee incentive program that is assessed monthly.
C.   Customer satisfaction of 90% or greater on all topics rated on the Customer Satisfaction Survey. Topics receiving the lowest ratings will be reviewed and assessed y management to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
